Physiotherapy is treatment to restore, maintain, and make the most of a patient’s mobility, function, and well-being. Physiotherapy helps through physical rehabilitation, injury prevention, and health and fitness. Most importantly, Physiotherapists get you involved in your own recovery.
Physiotherapists focus on both prevention and rehabilitation. Treatment can be for problems caused by injury, disease or disability. Here are some examples:• Neck and back pain caused by problems in the muscles and skeleton
Your rehabilitation will include one-on-one manual treatments by your therapist aimed at alleviating pain and increasing movement and mobility. Your therapist may also use various modalities to speed your recovery and decrease pain. Any one or a combination of the following modalities used may include:
• Manual therapy – hands-on stretching and mobilization of muscles, bones and joints
• Dry Needling
I was always skeptical of Chiropractic care but Dr.V proved to me by commiting herself to helping my daughter that proper care can help alleviate many issues that many people would automatically see as only treatable by meds or surgery!!
Helping me work through this pregnancy, professional, and caring and talented! I couldn’t be more excited to have such a great chiropractor.
Walked in with a limp today, due to low back pain and walked out feeling like new! Thank you!
